Epuraea - Epuraea peltoides - Male

Size: 3 mm
Likely an Epuraea species. Best habitus match I can see is E. peltoides, although this folk's patterns are much less extensive than in others I've seen. Hopefully habitus is sufficiently distinctive in this species for this ID to be reliable.
