Many thanks to James Hayden for his time in identifying this species.

"L. flavifascialis has the extensive gray scales, extra yellow streaks on the forewing terminal
margin, and white head and palpi (dark yellow in L. flavicostella). In
our collection, L. flavifascialis is a lot less common than the other
species." James Hayden
