I examined this one carefully..
and the median strap of the hypandrium is clearly divided into 2 strips making it ceterus, not texanus.

Still ceterus?
I notice a paratype of Indiopsocus lanceolatus has the same label data.

Diane had my specimen in-hand when she ID'd as certus, however I'll have her take a second look
