This species is found along rivers and streams of various sizes, seldom at ponds. It has a vast range, stretching from as far north as Canada to as far south as Argentina.

Added to guide, can remove Latin name from title
I jotted off a quick guide for this species. It is in the proper place, so the Latin name shows up automatically. You can edit the legend to your photo and this will remove the duplicated Latin name which now shows up.
