Not chalcid…
Pretty sure this is a braconid wasp based on the excess wing venation. Also, you can see at least 12 antennal segments in this image, and more are likely that cannot be seen. The maximum for chalcids is 13. Braconids can be as small as 1mm, so I would move this image there for now. Not sure of subfamly.

going to move this to the Chalcidoid page. Perhaps an expert will come through and be able to get it down to a lower taxon (if possible...I hear these little beasts can drive one insane...literally).
