3035 Eucosma morrisoni
Bob's 2012 comment on your other image here still hold. With our present understanding, the BOLD data cannot be used to separate species in this group. You might notice that of the samples identified to species in the branch of the tree which includes your sample, 11 are identified as morrisoni, 2 are smithiana, and 12 are agricolana. Phenotypes of these species are scattered in all branches of the tree for this BIN.

To further complicate matters, last year P. smithiana was synonymized with agricolana and argentialbana was raised to full species from synonymy of agricolana and replaces what was previously regarded as agricolana in MONA Fascicle 9.5 as a result of a reinterpretation of the type material. Put another way, the identities of smithiana and agricolana were flipped with the name of smithiana changed to agricolana and the name of agricolana changed to argentialbana.
