I've got a Det. on another specimen from a different sample that looks very similar to this as Bembidion affine. I believe this one is also affine.

Yes, Bembidion affine
works for me. The two species under consideration are easily and immediately separated under scope. I had trouble with the antenna in photo which obscures the pronotal base which characteristically in B. affine should appear very constricted. Also supporting B. affine are the pale first three or so antennomeres.
