now has its own guide page
I have created a
guide page
for this species and relocated the image there. Was not able to Google up any information on-line on host plants, flight season, etc.; maybe someone who knows this information can add it to the info section.

The Gray Marvel
A Field Guide to Moths of Eastern North America by Covell, page 89, lists Mints and Monarda spp. as host plants for this moth. I have no idea as to how to add this to the "info section."

Only an editor can do anything with info pages.
The
HOSTS database
also lists Mentha and Monarda spp. as larval food plants.
