Sitobion avenae?

Moved
Moved from Aphids.

Siphuculi say no.
See how at the very end of the siphunculi there is that little indentation? That is a characteristic of Macrosiphum

Nasonovia (Kakimia) sp.?
Found a similar example on Andrew Jensen's website here. Can Nasonovia (Kakimia) have siphunculi like this? (Pardon the italics. I think it is caused by a formatting error in your comment which unfortunately can no longer be edited.)

No, Nasonovia don't have that either.
That link does not go to Andrew's website, not sure why not, so I don't know what you're comparing it to, but I can take a look if you copy and past the link again. Nasonovia does not have that distinct indentation though, their siphunculi are fairly straight with maybe only a very slight curve at the distal end. Macrosiphum is the most common genus with that characteristic.

Sorry about the italics, I must have missed the / to end them, and once someone has replied to a comment it can't be edited. Silly!

Sorry about the link. We're both on a roll with the mark up.

Definitely not the same species as yours.
See how the siphunculi are much shorter in comparison to the body length? Look at the very very tip of the siphunculi and the cauda as well. Your specimen has much longer siphunculi, and there is a very distinct indentation at the tip of the siphunculi. Also your specimen has a long, tapering, and pale cauda. That Nasonovia has a short, more rounded, dark cauda.

OK
I see that. Thanks!

Thanks For the IDs...
