Rosaceae feeder
This is one of the Rosaceae-feeding spp. of Phyllonorycter. It could be crataegella, propinquinella, or blancardella (the former two native, the latter introduced). I can't tell them apart on sight.

P. hagenii is ruled out because it has a white head tuft and thorax and much white on the basal part of the forewing, as seen here.
