Last year's jumper - Sassacus vitis

Last year's jumper - Sassacus vitis
Marana, Santa Cruz River/Ina Rd, Pima County, Arizona, USA
May 19, 2011

Moved
Moved from Jumping Spiders. Coloration, structure and abdomen pattern are all consistent with this species.

Very nice to know
the sp of these very common, hard to photograph, jumpers. Their semi- reflective surface seems to throw of the autofocus like nothing else

Looks like
a Sassacus vitis.
