Aphodius (Oscarinus) texensis?
Those sharp clypeal teeth have me worried. Oscarinus welderi and texensis are very similar, but texensis has teeth, while welderi has angulate to rounded clypeal angles. Without going back and referencing a series of specimens, leave it here for now.
