I'm not really familiar with
I'm not really familiar with E. petechialis but I'm leaning towards it becuase of the wing markings..I don't think cynosura would have the extra black notches this one seems too. I'm also not sure what petechialis' appendages look like but if you have a good shot of them it may help.
Here is E. cynosura for reference:
(yours looks to have a nob or something in the center, but that could be the angle of the shot...)
