Season
Adults are most common from April to September. (2)
Heppner (2003) reported adults from February to May, and September to October in Florida. (4)
Food
Larvae feed on the cones of Pinus sp. (4)
Pinus elliottii Engelm. (slash pine)
Pinus taeda L. (loblolly pine)
