Fairly sure this is a female Nipponoserica peregrina. Although not showing up as light colored as in most photos here, the shiny dark head with a contrasting pale clypeus should indicate this species.

Serica sp.
Not Nipponoserica - which is indeed an introduced sp., but doesn't seem to have spread rapidly.
Maladera castanea
, another introduced sp. has done better.
