Definitely the same species,
but the same "tentative" statement still applies. This seems to fit descriptions of A. venerabilis best, but it still leaves me with doubts (details of proportion, as well as that pesky hint of a second pale cross band on the inner hind femur). A couple of the ones posted under "Xanthippus sierra" (equally tentatively) may be the same species as your two individuals here.
