Apogonalia fraterna
according to the key in Felix 2017, this is undoubtedly Apogonalia fraterna, a species very similar to mediolineata. A. mediolineata has black wing venation (lacking the yellow stripes) and the bold middle line on the pronotum extends onto the crown. it's up to you, but it might be good to keep this pic on the guide to explain the difference. here are pictures of live specimens of both species:

fraterna has not been recorded in the U.S., while mediolineata has.
