Wasp - Arenetra

Wasp - Arenetra
Radford, Virginia, USA
March 16, 2012
I'd like an ID, please.

Moved
Can't see the hairs on the temples, and those on the propodeum are out of view under the wings, but given the date of the photograph, I don't think this can be anything other than Arenetra. They occur in open, grassy areas.

Moved from ID Request.

Thanks,
Bob, I appreciate that ID. The critter kept flying around and crawling on my hand, and I wasn't quick enough to get a sharp image. I was in a wooded area after a rain.
