ID basis vs. histrio: a combination of factors, including angular appearing abdomen, thinner T1 relative to the rest of the body, slight differences in light color face markings.

That wasn't an ID
I simply dropped the pic in the wrong place by mistake. This is a wasp in the subfamily Eumeninae; the experts will be able to tell you more.
