Maybe not Meinertellidae
I don't think we can say that this is Meinertellidae based on these photos. We would need to be able to see the scales or lack of scales on the basal segments of the antennae to refute or confirm this determination. At least some members of the Petrobiinae (Machilidae) also prefer rocky situations.

Still not sure
Bruce, that is a much better photo. I am inclined to go along with Meinertellidae because I cannot see any scales on the bases of the antennae, but still I am not quite sure. Thanks for posting the close-up of the head.
