A dancer? - Argia tibialis

A dancer? - Argia tibialis
Dismal Swamp State Natural Area, Camden County, North Carolina, USA
July 3, 2006
Is this damselfly one of the dancers?

Would say this is
Argia tibialis, blue form female, wide black shoulder stripe with small blue triangle and no blue on abdomen. Will unlink from other image since that is a different individual.

Thanks
I have a hard time trying to ID damselflies. I do love them, though.
