my first thought is Selenia - compare with Northern Selenia Moth - Selenia alciphearia - Hodges #6817

 
Selenia
Definitely one of the two Selenia. The overall impression I get from this one is that of S. alciphearia, but a shot of the underside would make the ID much easier. S. alciphearia and S. kentaria have very different patterns on the underside, although the uppersides are nearly identical. (Conveniently, they tend to rest with their wings held upright.)
