Brown Lacewing - Hemerobius stigma
In Westwood by outdoor night light; elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA

Size: Head to wingtips 9.5mm
The detail of the wing veins turned out fairly nice for this pinned specimen.
The red spots on the forewing suggests, perhaps, Hemerobius stigma (1).
A confirmation, or other possible ID help, is appreciated - Thanks!
