Catocala species? - Archiearis infans

Catocala species? - Archiearis infans
Coplin Plantation, Maine, Maine, USA
March 21, 2012
Size: >1"

Moth
Perhaps Archiearis infans (The Infant). They are well within range of your area. They are one of the earliest moths on the wing at this time of year.
