Good enough!
Though the size listed is a bit large for the species, at 1.2-1.3mm Melanophthalma (Cortilena) picta fits the characters in your photo: appears almost glabrous, yellow-reddish yellow with dark medial crossbar on elytra, last two antennal segments enlarged, pronotal margin expanded laterally at median...
