The wasp was more greenish in natural light. The flash altered the color.

Judging from the clumped punctures in the centre of scutum it is Pseudomalus.

Elampinae.
Finally, a cuckoo wasp in the subfamily Elampinae. Probably Omalus species. Neat find, nice image. Folks, look for these around aphid colonies. Some have copper or ruby-colored abdomens.
