Uleiota from North Dakota - Uleiota dubia - female

Uleiota from North Dakota - Uleiota dubia - Female
Ekres Grassland Preserve, Richland County, North Dakota, USA
September 25, 1994
Size: 4.7 mm
Has fine curled hairs on elytra which I think corresponds to debilis but edges of elytra more pale than center, so that according to info here supposedly is more like dubius. can anyone clear this one up?

Moved from ID Request.

In the absence
of a male, I'd have to go with U. dubius also. A male would tie it down nicely, though.

i like dubius for this one
hope Dr Thomas chimes in with something less dubious
