Parasites on IO Caterpillar - Cotesia hemileucae

This is an IO moth caterpillar with the burgundy lateral strip almost completely obscured by parasites. Any idea who is the culprit?

Only one of the 2 species occurs in the eastern US. The other, C. electrae, isn't reported east of about Texas.
