Size: Length ~ 18 mm
This cranefly larva was collected on 24 March, and kept until it molted into the form photographed here on 31 March. I'll show (a) a dorsal view of the whole specimen, (b) a close up view of the ventral anterior end, and (c) a close up of the ventral posterior end. Thank you to Dr. Gerald Fauske for identifying the family for this specimen.
