Maybe brevirostris
Of the yellow Genea this is most similar to brevirostris but I'm not convinced it is that species.

Genea?
1 ad on mid tibia and R4+5 with hairs to r-m should make this Genea. If Manual of Nearctic Diptera is still accurate.

John, I guess I wasn't really thinking this fly could be ID'd and I'd end up frassing. I have replaced with high res images from my RAW files :)
