This is the photo of the yucca flower before shaking them out. See also http://bugguide.net/node/view/626900 and http://bugguide.net/node/view/626930. I wouldn't expect any positive ID from this photo, but I wanted to show the variation. Notice the reversal of colors between the two. I will check the yucca flowers again and hope to get proper photos and measurements. Could these be different species?
