Weevil with horned elytra - Bagous magister

Weevil with horned elytra - Bagous magister
University of New Hampshire, Durham, New Hampshire, USA
July 2, 2011
Size: 5-6 mm.
When viewed from above the elytra posses these broad, shallow conical projections at their posterior, I have two other specimens, one markedly smaller (about 4 mm.) than this and the third specimen. This leads me to suspect this is a female specimen.
