Some kind of fly larvae? Found under the bark of dead Ponderosa Pine

A dorsal view, and close-ups of the ends, would help sort out what order it belongs to.

Legs
Are those legs at right? Fly larvae don't have true, jointed legs, at most caterpillar-like prolegs.

I too see the legs. I would think this is the larva of a Coleoptera (Beetles). Its too bad the head area is crushed.
