Empidinae
All the Empididae that look like this are Empidinae. Clinocerinae do not have much of an anal lobe on the wing and Hemerodromiinae have fore coxae very long and fore legs distant from mid and hind legs.
Some other, more similar, former Empididae have been evicted from the family.
