The dark stripe running the full length of the molt is typical of this Genus

cicada molt, I'm pretty sure
cicada molt, I'm pretty sure this guy has left that skin according to the eyes. Are the white strings coming out of it plant related?

 
The white strings are
the linings of the tracheae, the insect's breathing tubes.

As far as I understand, strings come from molt.
