Epitheca stella? Not even sure if it's a baskettail. Sorry, no other shots.

Definitely a baskettail and looks like what I remember stella looking like. Double-check sephia though.

Dunkle says sepia "...has no green in eyes even when mature..." Looks like green in the eyes is OK for stella though.

Given I wasn't sure it was a baskettail, I'll move to genus instead of species, but if you think it has to be stella or you think something else, let me know and I'll move there.
