Eucinetus infumatus...
Believe both the Eucinetus that are listed in Eucinetus are of this species. The below link has one from ubc, and both it and the one submitted by Lynette are a match but there is no species page for that species, can one be created?

My only other plate-thigh beetle is much darker, but I think this is a different species, not teneral...Thanks again.
