This moth was sent to BOLD Systems for identification via DNA. The quality of the DNA was too low for an ID.
I have placed this moth within this genus based on similarity as shown in the BG thumbnails shown in comment below.

This is definitely a tortricid (as is the moth in the left-hand thumbnail below; ID has been corrected). Your moth looks to be a reasonably good match for Epinotia castaneana, as seen here.
