Small black and yellow moth - Esperia sulphurella

Size: ~ 5 mm long.
This small moth was hiding on a piece of a Rhus lancea log sheltered by Mentha suaveolens. I took a few lacking pictures and then my camera battery died, by time I changed the battery it was gone. :( Though it looks pretty distinctive, so maybe someone can put a name on it?
