I think this is 0200 Prodoxus quinquepunctella based on the image and discussion here: BugGuide
Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.

This is currently shown as being a 98% match with the single existing reference specimen of Prodoxus quinquepunctella.
The match to the many P. decipiens specimens (including three from this location) is 97% or less.
From the taxonomy tree I suspect that it will end up as Prodoxus quinquepunctella when
more reference specimens are barcoded.
