Aha! I wondered...
Normally I would have said Braconidae, but the fact that they're in a leaf roll made me wonder about Bethylidae. The shape seems a little off too. Would it be possible for you to get a measurement of these cocoons?

My thoughts ...
'cause I saw a tiny fly/wasp when I opened. I put in rearing vial to see if any left to emerge.
