A Spider Wasp (Episyron species?) with a Furrow Orbweaver Spider (Larinioides cornutus) which she has stung and paralyzed. Dragging the spider by one palp to a bare sandy area.

Combination of type of spider prey and overall black and white color pattern leaves hardly any other possibility.
