Cant help with ID
but I assume you are stacking images based on the artifacts I see around the edges of the specimen. I get these if I attempt to stack more images than necessary. Something this size I would only montage maybe 26-30 images...They also may be due to lighting or slight specimen movement during imaging.. Pretty good image though of a critter this small...I ran this image through Photoshop experimentally and it did pop out a bit more. I'm always interested in seeing other folk's imaging work, looking for the Holy Grail in imaging the really small stuff without a scope..
