I'm guessing this is Phymata fasciata possibly the Florida subspecies mystica but I don't know how to tell.

P. fasciata mystica
... or sometimes just P. mystica. The nomenclature is a bit troubling because Evans (1931) described it as mystica but I believe Kormilev (1962; I'll have to doublecheck who did) groups as a subspecies of P. fasciata.

mystica is distinct because of the 'flaring' look of the abdomen/connexiva

 
Phymata guerni?
I found a very similar image at BOLD here but perhaps it is the same species at P. fasciata mystica.

It seems to match the BugGuide image here even better.
