River Road, E of San Manuel, Pinal County, Arizona, USA
April 3, 2012
Found in a small pond near an artisian well, I think it is an Hemiptera, but not sure. It was fairly large, about 4-5 cm, and crawled out of the water for several minutes. Sonoran desert area in Mesquite forest, elev 2500 feet
