Size: ~3mm
On leaves of several different plants in woodland edge. Found in understory of black locust trees.

I see why
The wind this weekend prohibited my usual hand-held method. I collected one and tried a refrigerator chill and tripod. That didn't slow this guy down at all. I promise to keep trying and will ask for photo tips on the forum. Found an even smaller green metallic flea beetle, but no better photo.
