, number of punctures in pronotal rows would favor intermedius over pusillus. Also states size of L. batychrus to be 4.8 to 6.5 mm, which is quite larger than this specimen. If info in there is accurate, this should be intermedius. Will shoot Adam a follow-up email.

I agree, definitely not pusil
I agree, definitely not pusillus - also batychrus doesn't seem to have established well as an introduction here and is now rarely collected. I was initially being conservative but I would say yes to intermedius
