7 pm in my yard. I believe this is a Enchenopa species.

Tentative ID of host plant...
...from other photo is Sawtooth Oak (Quercus acutissima).

Courtesy of Chuck Entz, a better fit for this plant may be Bayberry (Morella) in Myricaceae.
