Tenthredinidae, Nematinae
Hoplocampa marlatti Rohwer, female. Specimen examined. A very dark form of this species; they vary from nearly all orange to nearly all black, as this one. Larvae probably in developling fruits of Prunus.

I'm quite sure a Hoplocampa sp., but would need to see the specimen for a species id.
