Ilybiosoma sp.
Many species in your area, all inhabiting lotic habitats such as springs and streams..need to see male genitalia to tell most of them apart. Agabinus inhabits similar sort of habitat (stream margins) as Ilybiosoma but is generally smaller in size (~5-7 mm) and differs in technical characters of the ventral surface.
